Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Every Wednesday from noon to 1pm. Kundalini Yoga involves a warm up, kriya, and meditation. A kriya is a specific set of exercises, sound current (mantra) and breath work designed to generate energy, organize that energy and deliver you to a specific energetic state.
